Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager will play an important role in supporting in implementing HR strategies and initiatives that contribute to organizational success. This role will provide hands-on assistance to enhance the HR Business Partnering function by working closely with line managers and employees to deliver effective people solutions aligned with business priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Support implementing HR business partnering practices that improve employee experience and business performance.
- Support on facilitation of the performance management cycle, ensuring effective goal setting, feedback, and appraisal processes that support business outcomes.
- Assist in implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Participate in interviews, assessments, and selection decisions as part of the talent acquisition process
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs to build capability across the business unit.
- Drive engagement activities and cultural enhancement programs to promote a positive work environment.
- Support implementing reward processes in line with company policies and corporate guidelines.
- Support resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
- Contribute to HR analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure efficient execution of HR processes in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or generalist roles.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency required fluent in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
