Assistant Inventory Controller

Emirates Electrical Engineering is a specialized business platform that provides comprehensive turnkey solutions combining development, financing, construction and operation of solar rooftops for commercial and industrial building in the UAE, also a responsive and flexible organization dedicated for the design and construction of turnkey electrical power projects such as High Voltage Substations, Cable Networks and Transmission Lines.

Job Purpose

To support the efficient management and control of store and inventory operations, ensuring accurate SAP transactions, proper material handling and storage, inventory reporting, stock accuracy, and timely availability of materials in line with company standards and operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Manage daily stores, warehouse, and inventory operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and transfers of materials and equipment.

Ensure accurate material coding, tagging, stacking, preservation, and stock traceability.

Maintain accurate SAP MM transactions, including GRNs, material movements, cost bookings, project allocations, and fixed asset movements.

Conduct regular physical inventory and fixed asset checks, reconcile variances, and prepare inventory reports.

Coordinate with Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Project teams on material, cost, budget, and inventory-related matters.

Supervise Store Assistants, Helpers, and Forklift Operators and allocate daily activities.

Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, security, and compliance within the stores.

Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on material deliveries, returns, and related store activities.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or in any discipline, or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic courses
• Logistics and Supply Chain certification courses
  
  

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years UAE working experience as Storekeeping in Electrical and Civil contracting companies
• Good communication skills
