Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience: 3–5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel, casual dining, or high-volume restaurant kitchen environment.

• Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field, with a valid food safety certification.

• Kitchen Operations: Strong experience in managing high-volume kitchen operations while maintaining food quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

• Cost Management: Good knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, waste reduction, and monitoring kitchen expenses.

• Food Safety & Hygiene: Strong understanding of food safety regulations, health standards, and kitchen hygiene practices with a commitment to compliance.
