The project:
A large luxury mixed-use development in the Umluj area of the Kingdom.
You'll be responsible for:
Maintaining key relationships with project partners, designers, contractors Consultants and other key stakeholders.
Maintaining regular and clear lines of communication to address issues that may arise.
Attending regular design and delivery progress meetings and ensuring the project director/team leader is updated on all issues.
Providing input to the project programme and ensuring the Consultants and Contractors meet the requirements of the programme.
Becoming an integral member of the Project Team to ensure objectives are met and staff are supported.
Ensuring the management plan is followed and adhered to.
Ensuring all the Project requirements and undertakings are obtained, achieved and monitoring the required implementation.
Monitoring safe project working practices are adhered to for all Project team members and taking appropriate action where necessary.
Monitoring the submission of the design deliverables from the Consultants and preparation of the required reports
Providing necessary input to the monthly report for inclusion in the Master Monthly Report to be submitted to the client demonstrating all key aspects of the project.
Tracking of daily/weekly/monthly activities of the Consultant(s)
Monitoring progress and reporting risks/issues.
Assisting in the production of interim reports.
Interfacing directly with the Consultants.
You'll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
You will have 3-5 years post-graduate experience in a Landscape Architecture role in 5 star Resort style projects preferably in both on-shore / off-shore environments.
Experience in a multi-disciplinary design management team environment, with proven performance in delivering design projects within time programme milestones is preferable.
Arabic language skills would be an advantage in this particular role but are not essential.
Relevant degree qualification, or an equivalent / relevant level of professional qualification.
