Organization Unit Purpose:

Group Retail Risk is the Credit Policy unit for Retail Lending covering Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Overdraft and SME.

Job Purpose:

Part of the team of Analysts, Statisticians and Database Managers in devising, developing, and enhancing MIS and analytical reports. Building comprehensive data platform and analytics pack for all Products.

1.Preparation of monthly risk dashboards and MIS for the Emirates NBD Retail portfolio

• Preparation of MIS decks and dashboards
• Deep dive on any portfolio deterioration
• Tracking delinquencies and losses against the Budget numbers

2.Assisting in preparation of loss forecast models for portfolios including Micro SME

• Liaise with product teams for volume budgets, finalizing the forecast model after considering various policy related factors. Validating the loss forecast model and tracking the actual against the plans.

3.Executing the segmentation models developed for credit and collections in Emirates NBD Retail and Micro SME portfolios on a monthly basis

• Ensuring the data is in-line with the signed off segmentation document
• Publishing the same to stakeholders on a timely basis

4.MIS reports and analysis for Emirates NBD Retail portfolio

• Portfolio update on a monthly basis
• Retention base generation for Personal Loans
• CLI and LOC base generation on agreed timelines
• Analysis of profitable segments on Credit Cards
• Preparation of all relevant material required for various decks

Education

• Graduate or above

Experiences

• 3 to 5 years of experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Microsoft Suite, SAS and other statistical tools
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Knowledge of retail asset banking products
• Good problem solving and communication skills
