Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Packaging Technology
Job Description:
- Identify and approach new customers in the beauty, fragrance, and personal care sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, packaging developers, and purchasing teams.
- Present the company's product portfolio including standard ranges and custom-designed glass packaging.
- Generate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and manage the complete sales cycle through to order closure.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving design preferences in the beauty segment.
- Maintain an updated customer database and pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
- Support marketing and product development teams with feedback from the market.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic market reports for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, client visits, and presentations to promote company capabilities.
