Job Description:
1. 3PL Operations Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for 3PL FC operations
- Ensure adherence to SLAs across inbound, outbound, dispatch, and returns
- Monitor daily operations and drive continuous performance improvements
- Conduct daily/weekly reviews with the 3PL team to track performance and resolve issues
- Ensure timely resolution of operational bottlenecks and escalations
2. Performance Tracking & KPIs
- Order fulfilment TAT
- Pick-pack productivity
- Return processing timelines
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to meet targets
3. Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Ensure inventory accuracy between WMS and physical stock
- Monitor key processes, including GRN, put-away, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation
- Drive closure of discrepancies and ensure shrinkage control
4. Returns & Quality Control
- Oversee end-to-end returns processing, including QC checks and disposition (put-back, liquidation, RTV)
- Ensure QC adherence (size, colour, damage, usage checks, etc.)
- Drive SPF claims and vendor recoveries for damaged or incorrect items
5. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Planning, Transport, Finance, and Tech teams
- Align with business teams on demand projections, peak planning, and capacity readiness
- Support cross-border operations (e.g., KSA–UAE shipments, documentation)
6. Cost & Efficiency Management
- Monitor cost per unit and identify optimisation opportunities
- Control additional costs, including storage, manpower, pallets, and freight
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
7. Projects & Process Excellence
- Support warehouse migrations, ramp-ups, and new FC setups
- Drive SOP implementation and process standardisation
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and audit requirements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure process and quality compliance
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations
- 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse/3PL operations
- Strong experience in vendor (3PL) management
- Knowledge of WMS (Increff preferred)
- Experience managing 3PL partners
- Exposure to e-commerce returns, QC, and liquidation processes
- Experience in warehouse migration and scale-up operations
- Knowledge of cross-border logistics and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
