Job Description
Summary
Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance to support the Finance Department in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budget control, and the smooth day-to-day management of finance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and preferably hospitality industry experience. This role requires a proactive professional who can support financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and business decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) is an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
