Designation: Assistant Manager - Finance

Position Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Variance Analysis: Analyze past vs. current performance to identify key trends, variances, and underlying root causes.
• Financial Forecasting & Modeling: Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
• Data Simplification & Executive Reporting: Distill complex financial data and organizational structures into clear, actionable presentations for executive leadership.
• Cost Reduction & Process Improvement: Drive finance transformation projects and identify costsaving initiatives across the business.
• Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Act as a key liaison for onshore teams and global business partners, ensuring alignment on business needs.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to integrate financial strategy into dayto-day business operations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage junior analysts to maintain high accuracy and team productivity.
• Financial Integrity: Maintain full oversight over monthly/quarterly financial results to guarantee accuracy.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
• Strong foundation in core accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standard for data accuracy.
• Proven team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, financial reporting software, and presentation tools.
