About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager - Front Office (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Emirates Towers.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee daily guest arrival preparations, including VIP room readiness, amenities and special requests to ensure a seamless arrival experience
  • Supervise Guest Services Executives and Guest Relations colleagues, providing coaching and support to uphold exceptional service standards.
  • Personally greet VIP and suite guests upon arrival, offering warm and professional assistance tailored to their preferences.
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are addressed to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Engage regularly with in-house guests to gather feedback, promote services and encourage completion of guest satisfaction surveys.
  • Coordinate guest events such as welcome cocktails, ensuring smooth communication with other departments for flawless execution.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury industry.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Additional languages (Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Russian)
