About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Manage VIP arrivals, guest preferences, and profile accuracy to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Coordinate VIP amenities, welcome arrangements, and room readiness to ensure exceptional guest arrivals.
  • Partner with Reservations and operational teams to action guest preferences and arrival requirements.
  • Lead lobby operations, ensuring Guest Relations and Greeters maintain a strong guest presence and support.
  • Organize and oversee guest events and cocktail functions, coordinating attendance and operational requirements.
  • Engage proactively with in-house guests, gather feedback, and supervise the Guest Relations team to ensure outstanding service delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Luxury Hospitality leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in VIP guest management and delivering exceptional luxury guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to coach and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build guest loyalty, drive satisfaction scores, and manage guest feedback effectively.
