Assistant Manager, Global Terminal Management (Development) (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate feasibility studies for investments or long-term partnerships with operators
• Review current portfolio of terminals to determine consolidation and/or divestment opportunities
• Drive the end-to-end deal execution process (financial modelling, risk assessments, valuation, due diligence, structuring and closing)
• Prepare expression of interest and bid documents where appropriate
• Act as PMO, lead and coordinate in discussions involving teams from regional organization , corporate shared services (Legal, Finance, Tax, etc.) and external consultants
• Develop business plan and financial models for investment/divestment projects
• Draft and review documents such as joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements service agreements and others
• Perform due diligence to confirm validity of information obtained from potential partners or acquisition targets

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or relevant disciplines
• Candidates with CFA or in the process of pursuing CFA preferred
• At least 4 to 7 years of experience in investments analysis and financial statements
• Good experience in finance modelling with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of structure of M&A contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independent and thrive under pressure and tight timelines
• Collaborative communicator skilled in managing complex internal and external relationships.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Good team player
• M&A deal execution experience in infrastructure and logistics is a plus
• Candidates with more experience may be accorded with higher position
