Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for growing revenue to targets, managing multiple brands and aggregators. Minimize the non-commission spend on the aggregator (i.e. marketing, compensations, credits etc.).Maximize the aggregator platform efficiency to capture and process the orders.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Accountabilities:

  • Define the growth strategy for each brand and aggregator, under your responsibility.
  • Build the relationship with the aggregator, supporting senior management during negotiations & contract renewals
  • Act as the in-house expert on aggregator landscape, dynamics and potential disruptions, for responsible markets.

Operational Accountabilities:

Aggregator Operations responsibilities

  • Lead aggregator operations management with internal operation stakeholders.
  • Streamline ways of working with aggregators including IT projects.
  • Be custodian of Marketing spends on aggregators and drive it for best ROI for business.

Project management responsibilities

  • Provide/institutionalize disciplined visibility into the state of the business under your responsibility (i.e. design and send out reporting matrices, scorecards, reports etc.)
  • Ensure completion of projects & initiatives to meet KPIs; be relentless and disciplined in engaging stakeholders in technology, finance, revenue management, aggregators and others, to deliver KPIs
  • Report & articulate status/progress of respective projects/tasks/responsibilities – in formal/informal settings

Commercial responsibilities

  • Forecast annual sales and transaction targets with monthly/weekly/daily breakdowns
  • Create monthly/weekly marketing plans to achieve forecasts, with careful consideration of brand/channel cannibalization
  • Minimize the marketing spend on aggregators and maximize conversions/RoI
  • Minimize other expenses on aggregators (e.g. credits paid, commission ramp-up due to breach of thresholds)
  • Identify other key drivers of revenue & profitability (transactions, average check, sales mix, order frequency) and ensure these are addressed in the comprehensive growth plan for respective aggregator
  • Liaise with Brand, FPA and franchisor teams to ensure buy-in/approvals/DoA for all forecasts & growth plans

Guest experience responsibilities

  • Define targets of key guest experience metrics on aggregators (e.g. store ratings) and closely track them
  • Create intervention projects required to address any guest experience deviations and liaise with Brand/HD/CC ops team

Other support responsibilities

  • Define the aggregator roll-out playbook, when launching new aggregators – address all the aspects of the deployment that can impact the commercials or guest experience
  • Support the Brand/HD/CC ops team on aggregator channel initiatives, if required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing
  • Any additional training in analytics and/or excel modelling

Experience:

  • 8-10 years experience in an e-commerce/agency/multi-retail company, in a revenue/growth driving role

Knowledge:

  • A proven track record of new build and major alteration works

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with people of various disciplines at all levels within an organization
