Job Overview: We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and a focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate store team to meet sales targets and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely restocking.
- Handle cash management, daily reporting, and store budgets.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Ensure all Security standards (related to CCTV, security alams, etc) are being met.
- Keep self knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the Store Manager and take over in his/her absence.
Qualifications:
- Proven retail management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude.
- Excellent negotiation & sales skills
- Excellent product knowledge
