The Assistant Manager – Hotel Sales is responsible for driving attraction ticket sales through UAE hotel channels, with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi. The role supports the growth of hotel-based distribution by developing and strengthening relationships with hotel management, concierge teams, travel desk operators, and front-office teams.
The successful candidate will increase the visibility and conversion of Miral products across hotel environments through strategic partner engagement, product training, destination updates, marketing initiatives, and digital sales tools. In addition, the role will identify new business opportunities, enhance the performance of hotel travel desks and concierge channels, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Mobility, Product, and Operations to maximize revenue growth.
This role requires a proactive, commercially focused sales professional with strong relationship management skills, market awareness, and the ability to convert hotel guest demand into incremental attraction sales while delivering exceptional partner experiences.
Job Scope:
- Manage the end-to-end hotel sales channel across UAE hotels, with a key focus on Abu Dhabi.
- Drive attraction ticket sales through hotel concierge desks, travel desks, DMC-operated desks, and guest-facing hotel teams.
- Monitor monthly sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
- Identify hotels with strong guest mix, source-market potential, yield opportunity, and volume potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management, concierge teams, front-office teams, and travel desk teams.
- Conduct regular hotel visits, sales calls, partner meetings, FAM trips, and engagement activities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners while identifying new hotel partnership opportunities across the UAE.
- Conduct regular product training, destination updates, educational sessions, and webinars for hotel and concierge teams.
- Ensure hotel partners remain updated on the latest news, offers, product developments, and attraction updates.
- Keep Miral attractions front of mind among hotel sales teams and guest-facing colleagues.
- Work with hotel marketing teams and Miral Destinations B2B Marketing team to implement digital and printed collateral across guest-facing hotel areas.
- Identify innovative ways to reach hotel guests through digital displays, welcome packs, in-room materials, concierge tools, and other hotel touchpoints.
- Ensure Miral Destinations products are clearly visible and positioned effectively at hotel points of sale.
- Collaborate with the Mobility Team to support utilization of complimentary bus services from Abu Dhabi and other emirates.
- Provide market feedback on routes, schedules, partner requirements, and conversion opportunities linked to hotel sales.
- Maintain accurate partner information, activity updates, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide recommendations for cost-effective process improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
- Support the Head of Sales with action plans, commercial initiatives, performance tracking, and special projects.
- Coach, guide, and appraise direct reports where applicable.
- Support team performance through regular follow-up, clear objectives, and structured feedback.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Minimum of 3 years proactive sales experience within the UAE market.
- Experience in hotel sales, tourism, attractions, destination management companies (DMCs), travel trade, or hospitality-related sales environments.
- Proven track record in account management, business development, and partner relationship management.
- Demonstrated expertise in field sales, account management, and commercial partnership development.
- Experience managing commercial agreements, sales partnerships, and business performance initiatives.
- Good understanding of hotel operations, concierge services, travel desks, and guest-facing sales environments.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as CRM platforms.
- Ability to deliver engaging product training sessions, workshops, and partner presentations.

- Good spoken Arabic would be an advantage.
- Russian language proficiency would be considered a strong advantage.
