Job Title: HRIS Assistant Manager

Job Purpose
The HRIS Assistant Manager will play a key role in managing and optimizing the SuccessFactors (SF) system to support HR operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a Saudi national with deep expertise in SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of HR processes and data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning).
- Lead system configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify system improvements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage data integrity, system audits, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Provide training and support to HR users and stakeholders on SF functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in coordination with IT and external vendors.
- Support reporting and analytics needs by developing dashboards and custom reports.
- Participate in HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process automation.
Qualifications
- Saudi nationality (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years focused on SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance standards.
