JOB TITLE
Assistant Manager - Human Capital | Retail | Supeco HO

ROLE SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager - Human Capital is responsible for assisting Supeco Human Capital Manager for all Admin and Human Capital related responsibilities by following all internal policies and procedures.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Support Recruitment Requisitions And Coordinate With Supeco Head Office To Fulfill Recruitment Requirements
  • Communicate Internal Transfers Between Stores And Aid Logistical Requirements
  • Participate In The On Boarding And Induction Process For All Employees
  • Assist In Coordinating Training Programs With Internal Stakeholders And Other Training Providers To Ensure Employee Talent Development
  • Proactively Identify And Seek Professional Development Opportunities To Improve Leadership And Technical Skills Pertaining To The Direct Line Of Work
  • Ensure That Legal Documents And Id Card Renewal Is Communicated In Advance To Concerned Personnel
  • Address Employee Concerns Investigate Grievances And Take Necessary Action To Manage Employee Relations
  • Manage Employee Uniforms And Attendance In The Stores And Ensure Proper Related Documentation


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor'S Degree In Business Administration Or Human Resource Management
  • 2+ Years In Human Capital Department
  • Highly Organized With Strong Multitasking Skills
  • High Attention To Details
  • Very Good - Excellent English Command
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills (Excel,Word,Powerpoint,Outlook)
