Position: Assistant Manager Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding of candidates across various functions.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Manage recruitment metrics, hiring reports, and ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.
- Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and process compliance.
- Ensure smooth execution of on boarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR policies.
- Drive process improvements and maintain efficient recruitment and operational practices.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to fulfill hiring requirements.
- Support HR projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR Function.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working in the UAE/GCC region will be an added advantage.
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days preferred.
