About the Company

The Senior Lease Admin responsible of Maintaining the lease administration function in the applicable Market. and support function to the Real Estate team to manage effective controls, data accuracy & tracking, maintaining an effective audit trail and effective lease signing aligned with Americana standards & policies to meet the department goals.

About the Role

Responsibilities: Monitor and track the status of lease signing reported pipeline and forecasted signings monthly. Manage and monitor day-to-day activities within geographical area that supports the operations of the Portfolio Lease Administration Service Line.

  • Process Lease signing as per organizational objectives, & SOP
  • Monitor and track the status of lease signing reported pipeline and forecasted signings monthly.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities within geographical area that supports the operations of the Portfolio Lease Administration Service Line
  • Follow up with the Landlord on the executed lease agreement & required official documentation in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines
  • Track critical dates (renewal options, kickouts, rights to terminate and expirations) for existing stores and generate and maintain several reports and weekly updates with respect to same.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of services performed
  • Ensure Americana standards are implemented, met, and maintained
  • Closely track and provide updates to the plan for securing NSOs.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation and reporting
  • Collaborate on high profile projects that will require special attention and reporting
  • Draft and/or review lease amendments and termination agreements with respect to existing stores.
  • Ensured all lease agreements complied with Desired Lease Conditions (DLCs) set by the company by conducting detailed contract reviews and coordinating with Legal.
  • Identified and recommended amendments to contracts that posed compliance or financial risks.
  • Streamlined documentation through assigned System, making all leases transparent, traceable, and audit ready.
  • Update all related trackers needed by Administration Management.
  • Collaborated with real estate and finance teams to strengthen contract alignment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • University Degree is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point is essential3-5 years experience Prior leasing experience in tenantside, Knowledge of legal terms & language of the lease.
  • Knowledge of legal terms & language of the lease.
  • Experience of extensive Real Estate System Implementation projects.

  • Excellent quality checking & compliance skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and adapt in various situations to meet business objectives
  • Experience of ERP, CRM, TANGO, Real Estate System Implementation lease life cycle
  • Strong analytical abilities
