As an Assistant Manager - Leisure, you will be responsible for driving leisure sales while supporting the delivery of exceptional and personalized guest experiences. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with leisure clients, promoting the hotel's recreational and lifestyle offerings, and identifying new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and guest engagement in a luxury hospitality environment.
.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in leisure sales, hospitality sales, or a supervisory/assistant manager role within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
.Proven track record in driving revenue, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets
.Strong alignment with the Andaz brand culture, creative, vibrant, and guest-centric approach
.Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and manage leisure clients, partners, and stakeholders
.Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
.Highly organized with strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
.Ability to balance sales responsibilities with operational support when required
.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/hospitality systems (e.g., Opera, CRM tools)
.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
.Fluency in English is essential knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
