About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager to join our Marketing team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives and handling day-to-day marketing operations.
• Ensure all marketing and communications efforts align with the brand strategy and develop hotel-level brand assets and collateral.
• Create and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, adhering to visual style guidelines, and maintain the hotel's image library.
• Assist in developing and executing an annual PR plan, managing PR activities and events, responding to media queries, and updating media kits.
• Develop and execute an annual social media plan, support social media shoots, maintain social media channels, and create monthly social media reports.
• Support the activation of strategic luxury partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• UAE National with a Family Book as per government requirements
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience gained within a leading global luxury hospitality brand, luxury lifestyle brand, or recognized premium consumer brand.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, brand, and partnership channels.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, operations, corporate functions, and external agency partners.
