About noon
noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:
- Drive and improve operations performance across Customer Fulfillment Centers or Logistics Hubs.
- Lead large scale operational teams to hit performance, cost, and service targets.
- Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and drive automation and process improvement.
- Redesign workflows to support rapid growth and evolving business needs.
- Ensure quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with central teams and stakeholders to implement best practices.
- Develop and mentor future leaders across the operations network.
What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Demonstrated success managing large, diverse teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong operational acumen with expertise in KPIs, inventory accuracy, labor management, and compliance
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Bias for action, ownership mentality, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid scale
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies
- Working knowledge of WMS platforms and operations analytics tools
