JOB DESCRIPTION
The role incumbent is responsible to contribute in work tasks and facilitate knowledge for process improvement in Operations by acting as a liason between the Management and the various department.
. Work together with nurse managers and doctors to manage the daily operations of the assigned service area to ensure its smooth running on a daily basis.
. Enquire about any problem faced by a patient in the Unit& find a solution after discussion with doctors (for any medical issues) and the operations team (for any service issues).
. Review key processes to improve the overall key performance indicators / outcomes in the areas of total customer experience, operational efficiency and optimal resources utilization.
. Maintain the daily statistics of Departments
· Prepare monthly statistics of the procedures, maintain the statistics file to send to other dept. as and when required
