Job Purpose:
- Responsible for internal reports & Dashboards as well as automating the reports to support the PICG functions in their day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a robust reporting system/tools, creating insightful analytics, and supporting data-driven decision making at Group level.
- Analyze data to draw insights, patterns, and conclusions that will enable the group to improve its services, and processes or to develop new strategies.
- Work closely with PICG team to provide digitization & automation solutions for a centralized report.
Key Result Areas:
MIS, Reporting & Analytics:
- Collect data and maintain PICG data points for global reporting.
- Manage all internal reporting for People dashboards and reports, which is presented to the EXCO.
- Analyze trends, highlight challenges & insights and share timely information.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data to diverse audiences.
- Maintain and improve global reporting systems that provide accurate and timely insights into key performance metrics.
- Automate existing processes and reports to enhance accuracy, efficiency, timelines and enable insights generation.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights relevant to the group objectives.
- Provide support and training to ensure stakeholders can independently utilize reporting tools and understand data insights.
- Implement and maintain data governance standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data.
- Work independently to collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights.
- Consult and educate stakeholders on methods for streamlining and standardizing data recording to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports. Anticipates and adopts innovations in business-building digital and technology applications.
Other Responsibilities
- Support PICG in various activities Automation of Reports & PICG Processes
- Prepare System User Guides, Train the PICG Team on systems processes & respond to system queries.
- Assist in implementing an overall risk management process for the People & Intellectual Capital Group (PICG) across various locations.
- Assist in building risk awareness amongst staff by providing support as & when required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:
- At least 5 years + of relevant experience in HR Systems & MIS / Reporting.
- Advanced interpersonal / problem solving skills and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders
- Strong Analytical & Strategic thinking.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Extensive knowledge and skills in Excel and MS office & Oracle Fusion
- Skills in designing and developing business dashboards and data visualization in Tableau and BI platforms
- Experienced in using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Must be well-organized and very detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
