Job Purpose

This role is responsible for administering all Plant Talent Experience, ensuring efficient document

processing, personnel services, and timely resolution of employee issues. The role focuses on maintaining

accurate employee information, providing top-quality support to Ceer employees within SLAs, and actively

contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Functional Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate employee information in the Masar system SuccessFactors.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of employees documents, such as contracts and other
  
  

related documentation.

• Provide guidance and clarification to employees regarding Human Resources policies and
  
  

procedures.

• Develop suitable action plans to address any discrepancies or issues related to employees
  
  

information and documentation.

• Fulfill employee requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide effective and timely resolution of employee issues and grievances.
• Administer personnel services, including renewing employees contracts and updating relevant
  
  

documentation in the Masar system.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of
  
  

best practices.

• Stay updated on relevant regulations.
• Supervise Plant Talent Experience, including task assignment, support, guidance, vendor
  
  

coordination, and maintaining regulatory knowledge.

• Prepare reports, manage administrative issues, and contribute to policy development.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resourc , Business Administration, or an equivalent
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience
