Assistant Manager - Production

We are currently looking for a Project Manager, The job holder is accountable to develop, implement and coordinate on Production functions such as policy issuance, cards issuance, and reporting general output with regard to direct health insurance business as well as reinsurance business.
Your Job:
- Operations & Service Delivery Oversee endtoend production activities, including enrollments and policy issuance, ensuring all outputs meet SLA/TAT and departmental policy requirements while managing daily workloads, ticket inflow, and escalations.
- Quality & Compliance Oversight Supervise quality checks, maintain updated procedures, ensure accurate application, monitor error trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions in line with insurer and audit standards.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead and manage Production Department staff, conduct coaching and performance discussions, train new employees, and build strong process and system knowledge across the team.
- Productivity & TAT Management Monitor turnaround times, steer workload based on capacity and available solutions, and ensure team productivity aligns with departmental objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track productivity, quality, and TAT adherence; prepare monthly activity reports and statistical data; identify performance gaps and provide actionable insights to management.
- Process Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, standardize workflows, reduce rework, and support automation or tool
- Product Development Support Provide operational recommendations for new products or processes, ensure clear understanding across subteams, and support smooth rollout of new details or workflows.
- Stakeholder & CrossDepartment Coordination Lead discussions with internal departments, collaborate with insurers, brokers, and clients when required, and support audits, reviews, and client visits.
- Projects & Change Management Participate in and support departmental and company projects, system changes, and new client onboarding, ensuring effective execution and smooth change adoption.
Your profile:
Qualification/Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BA Medical background would be added advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills.
- Knowledge related to medical terminology is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Local health insurance sector and regulations.
- Excellent understanding of IT logics and systems.
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years experience in TPA/insurance field in production/enrolment/underwriting function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Arabic an advantage.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels of the business.
- Team Player.
- Ability to build positive work environment.
- Ability to supervise a team with different cultures.
