Job Description

Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager Property Management Finance will assist Property Management team to lead and manage the end-to-end lease renewal process across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets. Drives strategic planning and execution of lease negotiations, closures & relocations, portfolio reviews, and rent optimization initiatives to deliver measurable savings and operational efficiency. The role is accountable for supporting market-level Lease Renewal Forms and providing consolidated financial analysis for multi brands projects and shared leases. It promotes process automation, Tango integration, and continuous improvement initiatives, while building robust market rent databases and delivering training programs to strengthen organizational capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual Real Estate rent budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Conduct RE annual portfolio reviews and deliver consolidated reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed financial analyses for multi-brand projects, closures, relocations, carve-outs, and shared leases, including benchmarking new projects against existing portfolio standards.
  • Analyze market rental rates and pricing trends; build and maintain a robust market rent database to support benchmarking and negotiation strategies.
  • Support investment and reinvestment decisions through feasibility studies, prioritization, and selection of new projects.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end lease renewal process across multiple markets, ensuring compliance with business objectives and achievement of financial targets.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of lease negotiations and rent optimization initiatives to deliver measurable savings and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA) frameworks and internal governance processes.
  • Manage and consolidate Lease Request Forms (LRFs) for all markets, including temporary oversight for specific regions and shared leases.
  • Champion automation initiatives and ERP integration to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, including AI-driven tools and project management solutions, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training programs to strengthen organizational capability and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Real Estate, and Finance teams to align strategies, review performance, and support annual planning cycles

Education:

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline. MBA in Finance or Finance related professional degrees (CA, CFA, CMA) will be an advantage

Education and Eperience:

  • Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline. MBA in Finance or Finance related professional degrees (CA, CFA, CMA) will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 year's of financial planning, Reporting and Analysis experience especially working in Real Estate's Commercials/new projects domain.
  • Must have proven experience in Financial modeling, valuation analysis and Project evaluation.
