Responsible to ensure that Retail Bank is compliant with all UAE regulatory, governing an and internal bank policies and process.
Responsible for KYC/CRS/FATCA remediation and compliance
Bank risk and governance process is implemented and being followed at all time
Support Retail Banking in implementation and remediation of CPR regulation
Principal Accountabilities:
Monitor the Retail Governance inbox emails.
Ensure customer communication and process are described by CPR.
Collect the RCSA /KRIs related to Sadara, Retail Governance & Product on monthly basis as masker and submitted to checker for review.
Conduct sales & branch visits to ensure /adherence Operational processes & procedure are properly implemented within guidelines of Standard Operating Procedure.
Monitor the Salary tracker under Retail Banking and share the final feedback with the Retail Credit.
Display UAB values of Integrity, Customer focus, competence, consistency and courteousness
Monitor the KYC with the branches, sales & call center.
Support cleanup exercises in terms of KYC, FATCA & CRS remediation & reconciliations on timely basis within Retail Banking.
Ensure complaints are being reviewed for any potential mis-selling cases
Monitor the approvals for high-risk customers for KYC update submitted by branches, sales and call center/info.
Monitor the E-kyc requests received from Call Center for regularization and re-submit to account ops.
Support on any adhoc project or activities assigned by the manager.
Support team for CPR regulation implementation and monitoring.
Monitoring the cheque return reports and shared with the branches to be rectified.
Ensure robust controls for branch, sales and SADARA.
Conduct Retail Branch and ATM reviews, publish reports and follow up for closure.
Conduct spot checks for front end areas.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree
5 years experience in the banking industry and in field Governance, Operational Risk or Internal Control.
Effective communication skills in English and Arabic
