Job Purpose
To support the Treasury & Global Markets Sales function through client servicing, transaction coordination and operational support, ensuring efficient execution and accurate documentation of transactions.
Key Results Areas
- Support day-to-day client interaction and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparation of pricing sheets, proposals and client communication.
- Coordinate deal execution with Trading, Operations and Compliance.
- Ensure accurate deal booking and documentation.
- Maintain client records, pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Support onboarding processes and documentation requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- 2–5 years experience in banking, financial services or Treasury support functions.
- Good understanding of FX products and financial markets is preferred.
- Familiarity with transaction processes, documentation standards and client servicing requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good coordination skills across front office, operations and compliance teams.
- Effective communication skills and ability to support client-facing activities.
