Position: Assistant Manager- Service Coordination

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager – Service Coordination is responsible for managing end-to-end service coordination activities, ensuring seamless execution of service operations, timely closure of service requests, and effective collaboration across service, logistics, finance and warehouse team.

Responsibilities

  • Service Operations Management
  • SO Creation & Invoicing includes timely payment followup, ISTO Creation & SPA application.
  • AMC/CMC/Part Warranty Renewal Billing
  • Track pending cases and ensure timely closure of billing.
  • Spare Parts & Logistics Coordination
  • Manage spare part requests and ensure timely availability
  • Coordinate with warehouse & logistics teams for dispatch and delivery
  • Track critical spare shortages for the related orders
  • Monitor inventory movement and utilization
  • Engineer & Field Support Coordination
  • Support service engineers based on priority of tasks
  • Support engineers with documentation, approvals, and system updates
  • Ensure proper call logging related to Customer Visit & PM
  • Engineer & Channel Management
  • Act as a coordination bridge between service engineers, and internal teams
  • Provide timely updates to service team on service requests
  • Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution
  • Warranty, Contracts & Compliance
  • Manage warranty claims and service contracts
  • Monitor contract renewals.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and review daily / weekly / monthly reports

Knowledge And Education Requirements

Graduate from any discipline.

Experience – 8-10 Years in the relevant field.

Medical Industry will be preferred.
