Job Overview:

Here's your opportunity to step into the role of Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition (UAE National) at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you will support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on senior-level hiring, Emiratization, internal mobility, and employer branding. You will work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.

In this role, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Supporting strategic and senior-level recruitment, including POD roles, aligned with workforce plans
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party consultants
• Partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs on role requirements, candidate selection, and smooth onboarding
• Supporting the Director of Talent Acquisition with senior hiring coordination
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Contributing to Emiratization initiatives and broader talent acquisition strategy
• Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to support data-driven decisions
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Driving process improvements and enhancing candidate experience
• Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, internal policies, and audit requirements

About You:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
• CIPD / SHRM certification is an advantage
• 35 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Capital
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law
• Experience in talent sourcing, senior-level recruitment, and pipeline building
• Data analysis and reporting skills
• Exposure to the media/entertainment industry is an added advantage
• Experience managing recruitment agencies or outsourced consultants is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) is a plus
• Languages: Arabic (native) and English (proficient)
• Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and stakeholder management skills
