About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective talents to find the perfect match for the company's long-term goals.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years plus experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with the full recruitment cycle using various job portals, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
