About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent & Performance to support the delivery and day-to-day execution of talent and performance management programs across the organization. This role plays a key part in operationalizing performance cycles, talent reviews, leadership development initiatives, and succession planning, while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and strong stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned talent and performance initiatives end-to-end, including planning, coordination, timelines, stakeholder engagement, and milestone delivery
- Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration support, and system readiness)
- Provide hands-on support for talent reviews and succession planning, including data preparation, validation, reporting, and follow-up actions
- Support the rollout and delivery of leadership development and capability-building programs, tracking participation and monitoring outcomes
- Maintain accurate, high-quality talent and performance data in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring governance and audit readiness
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and insights to support leadership discussions and decision-making
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, P&O teams, and key stakeholders to provide operational support and resolve talent and performance-related queries
- Support workforce retention, development, and promotion initiatives through analysis, coordination, and execution of approved programs
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, or related people development areas
Core Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of talent and performance management principles (goal setting, reviews, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning)
- Practical experience with talent assessment frameworks (performance, potential, readiness, development needs)
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM talent and performance modules
- Ability to produce and interpret reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support talent cycles and leadership reviews
- Knowledge of HR data governance, confidentiality, and data quality standards
