About Wynn Al Marjan Island:
On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
About The Position
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Uniform Control & Production to join the resort's Uniform Control team.
Responsibilities
The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end uniform design and production process, from concept development to final delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure designs meet brand aesthetics and functional requirements.
- Monitor production timelines and quality standards to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers for material sourcing, sampling, and production scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, production status, and cost tracking.
- Support uniform fitting sessions and provide feedback for adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and health & safety guidelines during production.
- Prepare reports and updates for management on project progress and challenges.
- Report directly to the Director of Uniform Design and liaise closely for approvals, guidance, and alignment on creative direction.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in uniform production or garment manufacturing, preferably in hospitality or luxury settings.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, textile care, and production processes.
- Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office; familiarity with CLO3D is an advantage. Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator is also considered beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
