About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Assistant Manager to join the resort's Villa Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Leadership & Operations Management

  • Lead and support the Butler team to deliver Wynn and Forbeslevel service.
  • Oversee daily Villa Services operations and ensure all suites and Gaming Salons are guestready.
  • Maintain organization, maintenance, and readiness of all service areas and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate fulfilment of special requests and personalized guest preferences.
  • Review guest accounts for accuracy and uphold all company policies and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Guest Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Welcome and farewell VIP guests, including airport or ferry meetandgreet when required.
  • Manage reservations, transportation, and personalized arrangements.
  • Anticipate needs, resolve concerns discreetly, and strengthen guest loyalty.
  • Communicate guest insights to management to enhance service and operations.

Team Development & Supervision

  • Lead, coach, and develop Doorpersons, Butlers, and Villa Services team members.
  • Support recruitment, training, performance management, and scheduling.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and maintain a highperformance, respectful team culture.
  • Ensure all team members uphold grooming, etiquette, and service standards.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest requests.
  • Participate in meetings and share operational updates with the team.
  • Promote teamwork, cultural respect, and professional communication.

Health, Safety & Sustainability

  • Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Support recycling and sustainably initiatives across Villa services

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of luxury hospitality or guest service management experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of butler service experience within a large integrated resort or Forbes Five Star property.
  • Formal butler training or certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional grooming, attention to detail, and professional etiquette.
  • Multilingual abilities, with fluency in at least two languages.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
