Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting daily operational and management activities, assisting in planning and implementing tasks, leading teams to meet objectives, and ensuring workflow efficiency within the organization. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating projects, communicating with stakeholders, and contributing to achieving business goals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and relevant software
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English and additional language skills are an advantage
