Assistant Manager - Warehouse Operations

Job Summary: The role will support daily facility activities and manage inbound and outbound logistics, supervise floor staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and enforce safety standards. This role bridges senior management and shift execution to drive supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and motivate supervisors, operators, and handlers.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, run cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules.
• Process Improvement: Optimize floor layouts and workflow tracking using ERP or WMS software.

Core Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 7+ years in logistics or supply chain, with past supervisory duties.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BirchStreet).
• Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and clear communication
