Job Summary
The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive restaurant sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. This role works closely with restaurant operations and external partners to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, promote menu offerings, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Assist in developing and executing annual and seasonal marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns for new menu launches, festive occasions, and special events.
- Coordinate local store marketing initiatives to increase footfall and customer loyalty.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns across multiple restaurant locations.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update social media platforms with engaging content.
- Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback, working with operations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support website updates, online ordering platforms, and mobile app promotions.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, menus, in-store signage, and digital channels.
- Coordinate the development of promotional materials, photography, videos, and other creative assets.
- Maintain brand standards across all restaurant outlets.
- Experience with CRM systems, online food delivery platforms, and marketing automation tools is an advantage.

Sales & Promotions
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to execute sales-driving promotions.
- Support loyalty programs, membership campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance before, during, and after marketing campaigns.
Market Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct customer surveys and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend innovative marketing ideas based on market insights.
Event & Partnership Management
- Assist in organizing restaurant events, food festivals, influencer collaborations, and community engagement activities.
- Coordinate promotional partnerships with delivery platforms, corporate clients, and local businesses.
- Support sponsorship and public relations initiatives.
Budget & Reporting
- Track marketing expenditures and ensure campaigns remain within budget.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze campaign ROI and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industry.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaign execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
