Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead growth marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and experimentation to optimize customer funnels, digital campaigns, and new market opportunities.
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to position the brands ahead of the competition.
- Drive innovation in marketing approaches, including influencer collaborations, content marketing, social commerce, and AI-powered marketing tools.
- Lead, mentor, and manage marketing teams across both companies, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure team members meet their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Customer Service to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and industry networks to enhance brand positioning and open new business avenues.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, PR, offline).
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing spend.
- Analyze campaign results, generate reports, and adjust strategies to continually improve performance.
- Champion brand consistency and storytelling across all platforms and communications.
- Enhance customer loyalty programs and community engagement efforts.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Strong background in growth and performance marketing, with a data-driven approach to funnel optimization and experimentation.
- Hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, content, and campaign management.
- Ability to identify market trends and leverage new technologies, including AI-driven marketing tools.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets with a clear focus on ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership exposure preferred.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Experience managing teams and working across multiple brands is advatageous
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments preferred.
