Job Title: Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Marketing (WebOS Platform)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Assistant Manager - Partnerships & Marketing to drive the growth of WebOS platform, a leading TV content platform, across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong grasp of the media, content, and OTT ecosystem, and a passion for partnership development and data-driven marketing.
What You'll Do
Partnership Development
- Identify and evaluate potential content and advertising partners across MEA.
- Support relationship-building with OTT platforms, media companies, and FAST channel providers.
- Coordinate partnership activities and documentation with internal teams and regional entities.
Marketing Execution
- Assist in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data to support optimization.
- Localize business and marketing strategies for MEA audiences and regional entities.
Advertising Business Support
- Support the WebOS ad sales business through agency and reseller outreach.
- Maintain understanding of ad business workflows and assist in reporting and coordination.
Research & Reporting
- Monitor market trends and competitors in the OTT and digital media space.
- Compile data and insights to support internal presentations and strategic decisions.
What You Should Have
- Minimum 4 years of experience in WebOS, media, OTT platforms, or digital content industries.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and sales workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with FAST channels or regional media companies.
- Familiarity with TV content platforms and consumer electronics ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign performance tools.
