Job Description

Experience Required: 34 years in UAE

Industry: Real Estate / Property Development

A dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with 34 years of experience in real estate marketing and digital marketing within the UAE. Will be responsible for driving brand visibility, generating leads, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring cohesive marketing strategies and maintaining brand collateral across all platforms. The role demands strong knowledge of the UAE property market and the ability to execute campaigns that support sales objectives and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for residential real estate projects
  • Should maintain upto date collateral for all projects
  • Plan monthly/quarterly calendars aligned with developer goals
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and leads insights to guide marketing execution
  • Manage and create digital campaigns/creatives across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Oversee listings and website content updates and landing page for projects
  • Analyse leads performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Coordinate landing pages, CRM Inventory and CRM journeys, marketing automation, and lead nurturing funnels along with sales team.

Content & Creative Development

  • Work with content writers, designers, and agencies to develop high-quality contentbrochures, videos, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all collateral and digital touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling storytelling for project launches and marketing campaigns

Project Launches & Campaign Management

  • Support full-scale project launches, including teasers, launch events, advertising, and sales collateral.
  • Liaise with developers, agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales packs, fact sheets, presentations, and marketing briefs

Events & Exhibitions

  • Plan and execute launch events, roadshows, exhibitions (Cityscape etc.).
  • Manage event branding, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 34 years of hands-on marketing experience in the UAE real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and competitors
  • Proven experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and internal stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Scaura or similar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
