Role Description

  • Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns for jewellery collections and real estate projects.
  • Support product launches, exhibitions, property launches, roadshows, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Manage and support digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, website content, and online listings.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies for SEO, paid ads, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all online platforms.
  • Support brand positioning for both jewellery and real estate portfolios.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, presentations, signage, and advertisements.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators.
  • Conduct market research to analyse customer trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Liaise with vendors, media partners, and advertising agencies.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in marketing, preferably within jewellery, luxury retail, or real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with creative teams and external agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of UAE market dynamics is an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury branding or property marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
