Job description:
- Reception and sending of calls and emails for operational and medical assistance for the implementation of medical missions.
- Transmission of logistical data and messages to medical and paramedical responders.
- Contact providers (medical or non-medical) to check their availability, services and available networks.
- Recording of information, data and editing of invoices.
Level of training:
- Minimum Bac +2: Ideally with training in management, administration or hospitality.
- Medical training not required.
Written and spoken languages fluently:
- 1st language: French
- 2nd language: English
- 3rd language: Arabic (optional).
- Other language preferred
Job location:
Office: Beirut (Hadath), Lebanon.
Office: Sour (Tyr), Lebanon.
The assistant can choose between the 2 offices.
