Responsibilities:
- Lead overall site operations while managing financial performance, operating costs and business unit profitability.
- Ensure production targets and customer orders are delivered on schedule while meeting cost, quality and safety requirements.
- Develop production plans and maximise manpower, equipment utilisation and plant capacity to meet business demand.
- Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, equipment, tools and overall plant efficiency.
- Maintain strong product quality standards, resolve quality issues promptly and ensure customer specifications and expectations are consistently achieved.
- Ensure site operations comply with applicable environmental, health and safety requirements while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of manufacturing experience
- Injection Molding / Medical Manufacturing experience
