Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at 700 Padel & Fitness Hub in Dubai, UAE. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining the facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in the sports and fitness industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
• Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (preferred)
