JOB PURPOSE :
Assists in the execution of cementing operations to support oilfield services activities. Ensures the safe, efficient,
and quality delivery of cementing services to achieve well integrity, zonal isolation, and operational performance
in line with ADNOC and client requirements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific:
u00B7 Assist in the preparation, rig-up, and rig-down of cementing equipment, units, and accessories at the well site.
u00B7 Support cementing operations including primary cementing, squeeze cementing, plug setting, and remedial
cementing under the supervision of the Cementing Operator and Supervisor.
u00B7 Assist in mixing, pumping, and displacement of cement slurry while monitoring pressures, rates, and volumes
as instructed.
u00B7 Handle bulk cement, additives, mixing systems, lines, manifolds, and pumping equipment ensuring correct
connection and safe operation.
u00B7 Support pre-job checks, equipment inspections, function tests, and routine maintenance of cementing units
and related equipment.
u00B7 Assist in troubleshooting operational issues during cementing jobs and report abnormalities to the Cementing
Operator or Supervisor.
u00B7 Maintain proper handling, storage, and housekeeping of cementing chemicals, additives, tools, and equipment.
u00B7 Coordinate with rig crew, drilling team, and other service lines to ensure smooth and timely execution of
cementing operations.
u00B7 Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and Client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice and
operational standards.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
u00B7 Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent)
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
u00B7 Minimum 1 years practical mechanical exposure or in similar position.
u00B7 Given the nature of oil field service work, must possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
u00B7 Computer awareness in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel programmes.
u00B7 Simple written and spoken English.
