About The Job

Assistant Outlet Manager - Beach Lobby to join
Jumeirah Beach Hotel .
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
- Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
- Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
- Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
- Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring regular training and full product knowledge.
- Resolve escalations and concerns effectively, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
- Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and managing expenses to meet budget goals.
- Oversee team activities, ensure efficient leadership, and manage rostering and vacation planning.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School Degree is required
- Degree in Hospitality or related field is desired
- Health & Safety Certification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in hospitality or related industries
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficien cy in English
