About The Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Outlet Manager - Beach Lobby to join Jumeirah Beach Hotel .

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
  • Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
  • Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring regular training and full product knowledge.
  • Resolve escalations and concerns effectively, ensuring memorable guest experiences.
  • Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and managing expenses to meet budget goals.
  • Oversee team activities, ensure efficient leadership, and manage rostering and vacation planning.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • High School Degree is required
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field is desired
  • Health & Safety Certification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in hospitality or related industries
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficien cy in English
