Responsibilities

• Manage daily business operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
• Monitor and improve staff performance through training, and supervision to maintain high service standards
• Ensure excellent food quality and customer service
• To manage monthly sales targets and drive business growth
• Source and maintain effective relationships with tenants and suppliers to secure quality products and services
• Oversee security and maintenance of company stocks and equipment to safeguard assets and ensure operational readiness
