About the Job

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the Outlets Manager in the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth operations, and adherence to brand standards. This role plays a key part in supervising the team, maintaining service quality, and enhancing the overall guest experience in a dynamic beachfront environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
• Ensure all service standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Monitor outlet setup, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
• Support in handling guest flow during peak periods.
• Deliver and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized and attentive service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Support the management of VIP guests and reservations
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the outlet team during shifts.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure team members are well-informed about promotions and updates.
• Assist in training, coaching, and performance monitoring of colleagues.
• Ensure proper grooming and adherence to company standards.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, costs, and inventory levels.
• Support stock control, requisitions, and minimize wastage.
• Ensure proper handling of cash, billing, and POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain quality of food, beverages, and service delivery.
• Assist in organizing and executing beach events, promotions, and special activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

About you

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-volume outlet.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
• Leadership and team coordination abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
