We are looking for a dedicated
Assistant Paralegal to support our team at Conares. In this role, you will assist with various legal tasks, including research, document preparation, and case management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation
- Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Attend client meetings and assist with the preparation of case materials
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Assist in the review and analysis of contracts and agreements
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in legal research tools and MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Preferably Arabic speaking
